Dr. Todd Christenson
Vice President and CTO

Dr. Christenson is the inventor of the basic fabrication technology at ht micro. He developed this technology during his time in the laboratories of the late Dr. Henry Guckel at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He then went on to Sandia National Laboratories where he built the first research lab focused on deep x-ray lithography metal microfabrication of precision components.

Sam Rogers
Vice President of Engineering

Sam Rogers has over 30 years experience in the design, development, and deployment of integrated electro-optical-mechanical systems, including extensive experience in the integration of MEMS based subsystems into a fully integrated system. He has both management experience as well as hands-on design expereince across all aspects of electronics, software, and control systems. He has also helped found a successful high-tech startup company.

Tom Pridham
Board & Business Advisor

Tom Pridham brings extensive executive level operations and sales experience. He is a Senior Vice President at the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) where he is responsible for strategic programs, major account initiatives and the firm's global consulting partnership. Tom previously served as CEO and Director of Diversified Software Systems Inc. Pridham received his BA in Commerce & Economics from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Jeff Sniegowski
Technical Advisor

Dr. Sniegowski is an internationally known expert in the microelectronics industry. He was ht micro's VP of Manufacturing from 2006 to 2008 and remains an important technical advisor to the company. He has over 20 years experience in the MEMS and microfabrication fields with dozens of patents and publications. Prior to ht micro, he started MEMX INC., a MEMS startup in Albuquerque, NM. He is currently a distinguished member of the technical staff at Sandia National Laboratories where he is co-inventor of the Summit V process. Dr. Sniegowski earned his BS, MS, and PhD degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
