$1B relay market.
ht micro is developing switches and relays for the microelectronics industry. These devices, although having a common technology base, will serve different sectors of the accessible $1B annual market. Unlike RF-MEMS relays, ht micro's relays are able to replace most low-current relays currently in use with devices that are both smaller and less expensive but otherwise have very comparable performance specifications.

In particular, the ability to operate at DC with up to 2-amps current carrying capability has been fully demonstrated. ht micro also has relay designs able to operate into the RF and thus able to access the entire existing $1B world-wide market for surface mount relays as well as the emerging RF-MEMS market.

status.
ht micro has designed, built, tested and filed patents on miniature relays. In addition, the company's demonstrated wafer scale integration and packaging technology allows for the hermetic packaging of the relays at very low cost. Switches meeting our strategic partner's requirements are to be delivered to our partner in late 2008.
