ht micro received an initial round of friends, family and angel investment in 2003. Those funds were used to help establish our microfabrication capability and get underway. Since then we have been bootstrapping and had over $2.6M in revenue to show for our efforts, with a current $1.5M backlog. We can not express our thanks to those early investors in strong enough terms; especially since our original businss plan was, in essence, simply to exploit our micro-fabrication know-how.

ht micro has now reached the point that our market opportunities are much clearer, strategic partnerships are established, and we are confidently on our way to significant success in the switch market. We do, however, welcome any unsolicited interest in the company from either financial or strategic investors. We think that we have a lot to offer to the marketplace and consequently to our partners and shareholders.
