John D. Somrock – Chairman of the Board
John Somrock has extensive experience in corporate governance and senior management. Currently, Somrock is Chairman of the Nexen Group, Inc., DeCare International, and Delta Dental of Minnesota. He was previously President of Minnegasco, CEO of E.F. Johnson Company and EnScan, Inc.
Paul M. Zavracky, Ph.D. – Secretary and Director
Dr. Zavracky is Dean of the School of Technological Entrepreneurship at Northeastern University and a director on the board of MEMSIC, Inc (MEMS). Dr. Zavracky has over 30 years of business experience in the MEMS industry. He is on the technical advisory board of both Agiltron and Pixtronix Corporations. He was President & COO of MicroOptical Corporation (now MyVu) and COO of Kopin Corporation (KOPN).
Glen Balzer – Director
Glen Balzer was formerly President of Advanced Micro Devices Japan, and VP, Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific Operations. He co-founded and served as CFO of Sand Hill Angels. He currently consults on marketing and sales issues for Asian and American high tech companies.
Todd Christenson Ph.D. - Director
Dr. Christenson is HT Micro’s Chief Technical Officer & a VP. He is also acting President & CEO. He is the inventor of the basic fabrication technology at HT Micro. He developed this technology during his time in the laboratories of the late Dr. Henry Guckel at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Sam Rogers – Director
Sam Rogers is HT Micro’s VP for Engineering. He has over 30 years experience in the design, development and deployment of integrated electro-optical-mechanical systems, including extensive experience in the integration of MEMS based subsystems into a fully integrated system.
